CITRA was founded two decades ago as a social action center dedicated to empowering marginalized communities. Over the years, it has expanded its reach through research-driven interventions, policy advocacy, and community-based initiatives. Today, CITRA is recognized for its impact in migration support, human rights advocacy, and ecological justice.
