The Project Development Office (PDO) serves as the strategic backbone of the Jesuit Province Society (JPS), Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, driving initiatives that uplift marginalised communities and foster sustainable change. With a deep commitment to education, livelihood, healthcare, leadership, empowerment, ecological sustainability, and cultural enrichment, PDO collaborates with diverse like-minded stakeholders to design and implement impactful programmes that transform lives. By mobilising resources, strengthening partnerships, and equipping local leaders, PDO ensures that communities—especially Dalits, Tribals, Migrants, Women, Youth, and other Vulnerable Groups—have access to opportunities that enable self-reliance and dignity.
