Art & Culture
Preserving Cultural Heritage and Fostering Artistic Expression
The challenge
Art and culture play a powerful role in education, social awareness, and community identity, yet they remain undervalued and underfunded in many marginalised communities.
Schools and community programmes often lack resources for music, theatre, and visual arts, depriving young people of creative expression, storytelling, and the ability to engage with social issues through art.
Without structured opportunities, traditional art forms risk fading, and young artists struggle to find mentorship and platforms to showcase their talent.

Our approach
JPS promotes cultural heritage through Kala Darshini and other art-based initiatives, creating spaces for artistic expression, education, and social messaging.
Our programmes integrate theatre, music, dance, and visual arts into education, enabling students to develop confidence, critical thinking, and communication skills.
By providing performance platforms, workshops, and mentorship, we empower young artists to use creative mediums to drive social change and keep cultural traditions alive.
Through art, we foster dialogue, inclusion, and a deeper connection to community and heritage, ensuring that cultural expression remains a driving force for education and empowerment.
