The challenge
Quality education remains out of reach for many marginalised communities in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Over 70% of government school students lack foundational literacy and numeracy skills, leading to high dropout rates among tribal and economically disadvantaged children.
Only 18% of rural youth pursue higher education, and many are pushed into low-wage, unskilled labour due to limited access to quality learning, career guidance, and structured support.
Without intervention, these barriers continue to trap generations in poverty.
Our approach
JPS is changing this reality by providing holistic, high-quality education for first-generation learners and underserved communities.
Through schools and colleges, we ensure that education is accessible, empowering, and life-changing. Our child-friendly, contextual, and interactive learning approach helps students gain confidence, develop critical thinking, and prepare for meaningful careers.
Beyond classrooms, we offer residential programmes, mentorship, and extracurricular activities, fostering resilience and leadership.
